1.6 cx racing turbo kit
Hard to belive but it was installed started to make sure it would start and had no leaks let it idle for 30 to 45 min turned it off and has sat since. Decided to do a v8 instead.
OK, I have to ask.
When CX racing first introduced these kits, there was a lot of speculation of if they were garbage or not. Construction looked to be robust for a cheap kit, and several said they would be guinea pigs but I never saw any empirical results.
Did the jury ever reach a verdict? Does the manifold hold up?
