Does this work for 03 as well??

Also does your base map setup for MAP and AIT instead of MAF?

Hey bro, I guess I don't have enough post for PM's, but anyway.

I see a few other people offering PNP MS' that keeps the car fully functioning. Is A/C going to work? And what about the alternator?

Yes the ac will work the diyautotune site has all the info, you install the voltage regular to keep the battery charged at the proper voltage. Otherwise the tachometer and everything else will work with a simple calibration in tuner studio.

All right bro, I'm sorry but you're going to have to spoon feed me on this one. I've read it as much as I can, but it's all jargon to me. I can't make odds or ends out of it.

Did you have this setup running on your car? I look at other's people posts, and it seems like there's a mid year separation. 01-03, and 03+. And some people group it as 01-05. I'd like to buy this, but again, I'm a total noob to MS.

that unit is built for 01+. There's only minor differences between 01-05, the MSM and 03+ is really the only concern as they trigger the main relay differently.

This ECU will not control VVT, and that black box pictured will control the alternator voltage regulator.

follow this link for better understanding this link. They don't have published build docs for the 01-05 units yet. But the 99-00 build docs will help you understand the process.
