Did a little bit of research on him.

He's been on eBay, and scammed a few people there. But get this.

He sold stolen property on eBay, and got his account closed there. He's also got a fairly long history of scamming, since at least 2010 that I've been able to track down.

Blah, I also got scammed by someone on this forum to the tune of over $600 (he sent me wheels with a not-as-claimed bolt pattern). Paypal gave me the " The item is not in the same condition as when you received it." excuse, even though it doesnt make any sense. ******* Paypal

I would hardly consider someone with a last activity date seven months ago, ZERO posts and ZERO feedback as "someone on this forum".

What i find hard to believe is that you guys would just take this **** from Paypal and not do anything about it.

Fair point. He's still selling stuff on miata.net (where they don't get involved in "individual disputes")
My main issue is the opaque way that paypal handles these claims. I'm about to send an email to the paypal exec board demanding an appeal, and failing that, I will close my current paypal account and open a new one that I will only use to pay with a prepaid credit card.

miata.net is a board that is run by a jackhole who doesn't give a **** about anyone or anything but lining his pockets with $$$. Simple.

PS - so did we ban this ******* yet? (the OP of course)
