This is the head off my 2004 MSM. It is used, but has less than 50mi since built. Taken off motor with bottom end issue.

Factory MSM intake and exhaust cams
Supertech +1mm Intake Valves (MAIVN-1206)
+2mm Exhaust Valves (Don't recall exact specification, but Nissan Valves)
Supertech Heavy Double Valve Springs (MM18D)
Supertech Valve Seals (VS-T6-E & VS-T6-I)
Port work done by me. Basically just cleaned up casting material, not opened up at all.
Head was milled 0.015" and fresh valve job done by Shively Speed in Louisville KY.

Good for 400+HP at 23psi.

What was the bottom end issue? Have the journals been checked?

 

Oil starvation on the #2 rod bearing, but identified prior to a knock condition through oil inspection. I pulled the cams and there was no visible scaring found on the journals.

If someone is genuinely interested in purchasing, I will have the local machine shop inspect the head.
