size matters not young WI padawans. the boost is strong in us. ok in some of us the boost is stronger than others but that doesn't change the fact that it is there, and begging to be used.

BTW you can run methanol also, works a little better than straight water.

Windshield washer fluid is a blend of meth and water, works great and is cheap.

I ran washerfluid all the time on my Tacoma. Worked great. Its a good idea to inspect the filter on the jet though monthly. The soaps and **** in some washer fluids can turn scummy.

HEET Gasline antifreeze in the yellow bottle for like a buck is a great source of almost pure meth.

so are there any dynos out for this? it looks pretty cool, but was wondering since the greddy kit really maxes at about 15 psi, something like this can't really help increase the boost much more since its topped out, it can really just make the max boost more efficient. anyone know rough hp gain on running a water injection system on the same amount of boost?

The SRT guys seem to make another 10-20 whp with little tuning at the same boost. The big gains come from running more boost without detonation on pump gas. This could put a 250 whp Miata at 300 whp if the fuel system headroom is there.

I could make it sound less tempting.

This can make a Miata that doesn't break trannys into a Miata that brakes trannys.

think about it, cooler intake temps and higher effective octane rating = more timing = more power.
This is a great bang for the buck mod as long as you tune it. What I would do is tune off the meth right at the edge of safety then run the meth as a safety measure so if you run out you don't have problems.

Since we haven't talked about it much, I figured I would throw in my nozzle reccomendations. I would say 95% of the site would be fine utilizing a 3gph. Big Boss Man Phil would probably want a 7 . Our fast as **** with no management friend Andy Floyd would do great with a 5.

so whats the main advantage of basic vs progressive? and also does progressive work only with boost, or are there other things also? also, i know you said u need a map sensor for the progressive boost setup, any advantages? how about with an emanage setup? i'm sorry about all the questions, i'm buying all the things i need and i'm pretty close to installing everything (i just need a manifold and exhaust), so throwing this in is kinda getting tempting

I wonder if you could use the emanage to trigger the WI using the additional injector maps?

This is very tempting, bu alas I need a DP more than WI

Different parts of the country have different mixtures for windshield washer fluid so I'd avoid it unless the label has the breakdown (which many don't). Mix 50/50, distilled water and denatured alcohol from ACE or Home Depot. Gallon container costs about 13 bux and lasts quite a while with the small nozzles required on the Miata.

You should be able to utilize the map signal from the E manage pressure sesnsor if you are using one.....as long as it is 2 or 3 bar. I also thought of using the additional injector output to control a water injection system. I think that would be awesome if you were using a high speed valve setup like an Aquamist(The Supercharged Gto of water injection systems) You could then just the let AIC output follow the tuned fuel curve and be able to maintain a perfect fuel/water ratio anywhere in the powerband.
