Default EvoX/MSM mani/dp

Time to upgrade for 400+hp. I originally purchased this setup with a MSM manifold, however turbo hit block by about 1/2". My incredibly talented coworker helped me build a custom manifold from Sch40 SS weld-els and a MAperformance head flange that retains the original location and function of the MSM turbine housing brace, making this setup extremely easy on the turbo-to-manifold hardware. Since the MSM setup has two threaded holes on the turbine, and two on the manifold, and the aftermarket turbo flange was all holes, it has x2 TSE inconel studs, and two SS nuts and bolts, all resbonded with Stage8 hardware. This made 260hp on wastegate due to some boost creep (wastegate has not been ported), with an incredibly linear power band that feels amazing. I did eventually build my engine, added some ID 1050x injectors, and increase to boost to make just under 300hp. It's a 2.5" SS downpipe, and I had it mated my Artech 3" exhaust. All results were with a VVT head and VICs intake manifold. Turbine housing and MSM cast upper DP section are both ceramic coated.

Turbo is a MSM turbine housing/wheel, with an EvoX CHRA, compressor housing, and billet compressor wheel built by BNR.

The intake was very difficult to fit, but I managed to stuff in a decent sized filter, but because of it's location this setup is not compatible with AC. It was however designed around my NB power steering system in my NA, YRMV. With the modified water pump inlet, you'll need to T off the lower radiator hose for your heater core return.

Price is $2000 shipped obo, let me know if you have any further questions. Included is the manifold/turbo bolted together, lower turbine housing brace, cast upper downpipe, SS lower downpipe, intake, K&N filter, a required modified water pump inlet, water fittings with a few feet of firesleeved 5/16" line, -3 oil feed fitting, and -10 drain fitting (no oil lines). For an additional fee, I can include the full Artech 3" exhaust as well.

I'm an incredibly poor photographer, these photos do no justice to the quality of this manifold, I may cry when it leaves. Many of these are in progress photos, so hardware and plumbing pictured are not necessarily final.
