I bought a used 1999 used Miata last fall and it came with many new in box extras, this is one of them that I don't see a need for using it myself. Never used or installed, what you see is what you get. The flywheel is the lighter unit (weighed 10 lbs, 5 oz in bubble wrap per the post office scale).
