I will go with option #2.

The cables will work on any Miata 1.6 or 1.8. No big deal in regards to make it fit, the pins can be re-located for your application. Many of the wires are extra so plenty of spare to choose from (if at all).

Note: about international shipping, USPS cheapest option is Priority mail and it is around $45.00.
