This fuel line says "For carbureted applications only"

I don't think this would be rated for Fuel Injected pressures. You would need line for fuel injected applications.

Not sure what stores you have in TX but I know advance auto parts had spool upon spool of FI line in the back when i worked at one. I cn only imagine that napa/autozone/etc have it too. I just never go anywhere other than AAP b/c i still get my 20% employee discount even though i haven't worked there in over two years

You should be able to get fuel injection line at any auto-store. Just make sure that it is for fuel injection and not carbureted applications.

Get the fuel injection line from a hydraulic & fittings store,it's way cheaper and the quality of the line is much better, you can get fuel line that's rated to 300psi if you want.

I'm assuming that everyone got the email about the fitment issues? They seems kinda vague and the pictures suck. When some one puts it on their '99+ car could you post pictures and what you did for the rest of us. I don't have time to do the swap until next week sometime.

I hunted today for "fuel injection line". Autozone didn't carry it, O'Reily's didn't either, but advance had it. So I paid 5 bucks a foot for it at Advance. $0.02.

It is actually really easy to clearance and if you try installing it prior to shaving the center post it will all make sense what you have to do. It took me about 30 seconds with a dremel tool. I just covered up the lower portion of the intake manifold with a Rag and the injector holes with another rag.

30 Seconds later everything was good. Sorry about the pictures, but I'm honestly no good at that stuff and the Web/Picture guy did not show up.

Let me know if you have any questions... I'm happy to help.

As for fuel fittings, on a 99-00 I'd recommend a 45 Degree fitting (3/8Npt to 5/16 Barb) on the back side of the rail and a 90 Degree (3/8Npt to 5/16 Barb) on the front.

It was so we could get them out quick! The graphic guy is taking his sweet time designing a cool M-Tuned logo. I'm questioning if he has even started on it.

Just borrowed a friend camera so I snapped a few pictures...

Here are some pictures of my baller fuel rail installation on my 2000 Miata.
I really like Earl's fittings and happened to have most of this stuff kicking around at home from my old Miata.

5/16 Fuel line fits perfectly over the snap/click fuel injection fittings.

Hope you like..

I have an 01 MX-5 and I had to do a little grinding on the manifold and the location of the mount for the FPR is off and the factory FPR rubbs
