Microtech lt10s
Im selling my microtech from my 13b miata also has the 4x ignitor and upgraded maps sensor and rpm table 700OBO shipped. It is setup for a FC and comes with wiring harness.
To run this in a miata all you need to do is send the ecu to microtech and they will upload the map needed to make it work.
The ignitor will let you run a real hot ignition system like msd blaster ss coils.

There is a tuning shop near me who specializes in Rotaries. I showed up there with my Miata shortly after I turbo'd it and was running a voo-doo box. The shop owner recommended I run a Microtech, and he said they'd be able to tune it for me no problem. I ended up going the Megasquirt route, but I wonder how difficult it would be to get the LT-10 to work on a '99 Miata, and how well it would run.
Good luck with the sale!

Not that hard at all. I have a bit of experience with them, it's pretty similar to the universal'ness of the MS and most other ECU's on the market. Once the wiring is set up correctly it's all about setting your base perimeters.
