Someone should order custom gauges with a NSFW theme in full color glory.

Today was a rather strange day in Texas. Went to class at 9, it was kinda snowing at that point.

Came out at 11, and found this:

It was literally pouring snow. Great. I love the snow, but people here lose their damn minds in winter weather.

My drive normally takes 20 minutes to get home.

Today, it took 2.5 hours. To go 12 miles. This was infuriating.

My only hope was focusing on my Trubo Kitten gauge:

Yes, I took this picture with a potato.

Turbo Kitty was the only thing that kept me from going into a total rage.

Turbo Kitty saved my life.

Thanks Adam!

THAT has to be the finest complement one of my gauges has ever received. Thank you sir.

We got snow here too. My NB was stuck at the end of my driveway for a couple hours. The whole world was an inch thick of ice.

Just to preface; I'm drunk now. I was hammered when i bought these. And i was top 17 wasted when i sent Adam money.
Also, when i opened the bag of sterile gloves and the swiffer pad thing there was glitter/confetti inside of it. So pretty much all bets of keeping it confetti and glitter free went out the window at that moment.
Oh and i've done this before, so i'm kinda a professional.

Shizzz i'm already 2 beers deep at this point.

easy

in

Probably should have went with the LEDs like i did with my NA, whatever. Plus i didn't hack the plastic to keep it as OEM as i could.

2.5 beer job for someone who has experience and is drunk.

The installed pictures by revlimiter were too pretty and it all looked fake. Still not convinced.

But these, these are real. And awesome. And now I want some. **** you both. My oil gauge will have to say "Nothing, Literally Nothing" because that's its purpose. When an oil sender is disconnected a gauge should read 0psi, not dead center. ******* useless.

How hard is it to reset needle positions?

Your welcome. I will admit, they look much better in real life.

As far as setting the needles, super easy, at least it was for the tach. I still have a stock ecu, so I had to drive the car around for a bit until it was warm, and my Bluetooth OBDII showed a rock steady idle at 800 RPM. Then I pushed the need on, in the 800 RPM position, enough to be snug.

Returned home, pushed the needle on further, then put the clear plastic part back on the gauges.

Simple. I bet the speedo is a bit more dicey, but still totally doable.

LOL!!!

So that explains the request for a "truly epic, record breaking amount of confetti" in the order. hahaha

Sure! Hit my order form or email. I'd just ask for a small donation greater than $2, which is postage cost. The toppers are easy to make and too fun to hoard.

That is one I've never heard. heh. All of my pix are basically out of the camera, converted to JPG and sized down for my store, and posted.

Ahh fucckkkk ....

I'm going to get my JDM cluster installed, and then get gauges. I can see my future. Must .. resist ... contributing to RevJr's college 529 fund ...

Damn this work is fabulous. I have never been, and am not, a flash/function guy. I mean, I'M NOT. But such fabulouslness ... f

Money given to Rev is the only, the ONLY, funds in 8 years of owning the car that have not been based in absolute function > form. And the fabulousness of Rev's work makes it hard to make that "it's not function" distinction.

Well done Adam. I'll be contacting you when my conflicted self (and my bank account, after the horrendous physical upgrade costs are recovered from), makes a decision.

I knew you would come around.

Don't know what your talking about with the function > form though, that silly wing on your little car can't actually be doing anything

Its only purpose is to keep me out of tire walls. Seems to be working. Maybe you should get one!

Touche. Not sure if a wing would have made any difference in my case.

Pretty sure downforce would be a step in the wrong direction for either one of us, Aidan.
