No eta right now. Not until we have all the parts completed. Too many variables as a small customer with no real pull anywhere.

Price reduced poly retrofit kits are here!

Get yours now for $199.99 plus shipping!!!
What's in the kit:
  • Sleeves for all 22 locations, made of 1144SP steel.
  • Bearings for all 22 locations, SAE863 iron bronze, high load capacity, oil impregnated.
  • Washers for locations that use alignment bolts, made of 440C stainless steel. They'll never rust!
  • Grease fitting for all 22 locations. 12 long for the LCA inner and RUCA inner locations, and 10 shorts for the rest. All are 1/4-28 thread. (You will need a 7/32"(or #3) drill and a 1/4-28 tap to install).

Remember you will need to drill the 4 front upper control arm bushings to 7/8". Cant do that yourself? Send us you new, unused energy or prothane brand FUCA bushings, and we will exchange them for pre-drilled energy suspension or prothane bushings. You can also send us yours for drilling if they are used and grimy, and you can also just purchase outright, the 4 FUCA bushings from us as we have a small supply. First come first serve on the bushings due to supply. If you are exchanging your bushings, we will not ship until we receive bushings from you. Drilling of the poly bushings is a free service with purchase of a retrofit kit!

If you are in the US, shipping will be $10 for just the retrofit kit. If we are sending FUCA bushings back with your kit, shipping will be $15.

These are not designed for V8R arms. If you have V8R, we will need to make a special kit for you, please let us know if you have V8R arms.

We have 20 kits available at this point, some are spoken for, but id like to start a list, it will be first come first serve. Put your name on the list and you will be contacted for payment within a day or 3. We do not have all kits ready for immediate shipment, but will be putting them together as time permits in the coming week or 2, so please allow for a small delay.

This is who I have so far. Some of you were contacted in email and I don't have your MT user name.

Nice! Is this a "group buy" pricing or the new MSRP for this kit. This is on my to do list but not at the top of priority now.

Just finally getting around to tearing my car apart again to put these in and I was curious what the recommended grease is for this. I thought there were a few different things being used from the last time I read through the original thread about these but I'm too knackered to go read through it all again. I really hope this is the last poly/bushing install I do. Really hard to get excited about it any more.........

This is the price we were able to make this batch at. And ideally it will stay this price. We obviously can't guarantee that it will always be this price because we don't have control over material price and whatnot. But this is the "MSRP", we have no planned price increase.

. I use good synthetic grease. Marine grease might be good too.

OK, yeah, I drive in the rain fairly often so I'll just get something waterproof. I'll try my boat trailer wheel bearing grease. While your spoon feeding any miracle products to get the old silicone goop off that wont hurt the poly? I was going to try rubbing alcohol. That stuff is super annoying......

I'm in. I'll need to get my new FUCA bushing out of a box in the storage unit so I'll be sending them back for drilling.
