Updated. The whole thing needs to shift forward a quarter inch or so for the hole to align but interferes at the backside. Not a big deal, i can mod it and use a washer if needed. Just wasn't sure.

Just gotta mod and fit before powder coat

The slotted hole in the back is to accommodate the 1.6 valve cover. So on the VVT the bolt should be towards the rear of the slot.

I'll try to shave the slotted rear to see if I can sneak it forward more, but it may just need to be cut + washer. I should have shaved the valve cover before coating.

Boots look good! I'm slightly partial to my bracket, but I'm glad we're getting some options out there!

The timing was quite funny indeed. As long as we're expanding the market and capabilities of these cars I think it's a great thing. Keep it up!

Is there a way to pull the terminals deeper into the boot? The seals push into the holes of the valve cover only about a third or at best half way in.

You have the black VVT wires right? Not the blue 90-00.

Black ones. So sexy. They just don't slip down all the way. The terminal for the sparkplug is a little too close to the opening

You can pull on the wire while at the same time pushing the terminal into the boot. The boot grips the wire much tighter than it grips the terminal. It may take a bit of force.

Most likely. But if you measure how far the strut bar is from the engine we can be sure.

Do you make the Plug N Play wiring harness as well?

I have a gm harness I can send you for $20. Plugs into the 585s. You would just need to change out the main gm connector.
