People that bought parts from him should let the DA know. If he shipped via US mail it's a federal offence isn't it? Also shipping parts out of state would be another violation. Since he's obviously a scumbag at 18, pile the charges on.

18 years old from a decent neighborhood. He's gonna be a popular guy in the showers.

If I'd bought something that wasn't hard to remove or replace I'd sure as hell tell the DA just for the pleasure of adding to this a-holes misery. There's also that little issue of being the right thing to do.

Definetely everyone he scammed should let the DA know. No pain in that other than the embarassment of having been duped into sending this guy money.
