This guy is the future of Kentucky. Make us make proud boy!

Justin, if you come through on this, I'll even attend your graduation, assuming that you pass your English class. No word from you yet. Don't let me down! Send me that Email!

I think when you go to see this kid, you need to bring a posse and a video camera. I need to see this.

So, does he live with his parents? You should talk to them and tell them that you're with the FBI investigating him for child pornography. You think he is working from his shed so you need to look. Bring along a dollar store badge too. If they let you in, "confiscate" the valve covers as evidence.

Well, I don't want to impersonate a officer. I did tell him in the email I sent yesterday that I did see his mother outside his house, and that I opted not to talk to her then, but if he doesn't do the "Right Thing", I would be speaking to his parents. He does live with his parents, and he is in high school.

What will come next, if no resolution is obtained from the parents, is a letter to the Commonwealth's Attorney's Office informing them of the wire and mail fraud that Mr. Rose has conducted. And then a letter to the Planning and Zoning Commission of Franklin County informing them of an illegal business taking place in a residential neighborhood. And yes, let's not forget the IRS for failure to report the income from said business.

I'm sure I will get full cooperation from Mr. Dan and Mr. Phil to follow though with this.

There is also the letter that can be sent to place of employment informing then that a judgment is being pursued against him for internet theft and wire fraud. That there are two parties who will be intending to use said judgment to garnish his wages.

Justin, I'm not kidding. I have yet to receive your email. I expect to hear from you before the end of the day.

Felonies aren't free, but I think it's time we turn this over to the Hell's Angels. They live for this kind of ****. I know a few in Phoenix (far away I know), but still wouldn't mind returning a favor or two.
"Never **** a *******"....this kid is absolutely lost.
How is it that people expect others to be as stupid as they are?
Very rarely do I wish ill fates on people, but this poor sap needs to **** teeth for a month. How else would he figure out how the real world works?
He is about as smart as a greased ball bearing.

I'm subscribed for the epic failure of this kid. I have a feeling that if you show up and inform the parents that this kid has been stealing parts from individuals by running a fake business, they will be more then helpful.

Thanks Braineack, I saw that earlier. I'll print that out for the "File".

I just sent a "reminder" to Justin and let him know what was coming. We will see what happens.

I'm hoping that this method will resolve the problem so it doesn't get ugly.

Making veiled threats on the internet is stupid m'kay? And YOU are calling this high school kid as smart as a greased ball bearing? Come on. You are public talking about hiring the Hell's Angels to lay a beating on some kid?

I guess I had better tread lightly since the Hell's Angels are in your debt. Please don't sent them to my house!

There isn't going to be any beatings here. We are all adults here (except for Justin who is still a minor), so the cool heads will prevail. Please refrain from this type of outbursts, as it will make my job a little harder. Thanks for bringing this to our attention jayc72.

Okay this thread needs the following for the next step:

1> A video of KMag breaking the news to his parents
2> A recorded phone call of the above mentioned news.

There is no need for violence on this guy (referring to the hells angel dude) as a means of getting him back. The most a beating will do is teach him a small lesson. Even better would be to do what Kmag is saying. Think of the wonderful ramifications brought on by reporting this kid for fraud, income tax evasion, etc. This stuff will follow him forever and will utterly destroy his credit, reputation and so on.

jayc72,
Politicians do politcian stuff.....Gangsters do gangster stuff....
and I am neither. Just tired of seeing something go on for so long and no results.
I do know how to tactifully take care of situations; which might be why I have a favors owed to me, and not walking around looking over my shoulder waiting to see if I am going get taken to the field and "aired" out.
I don't recall any suggestion of "Hiring" of any kind......
I also don't recall making any "veiled threats" as you say, I plainly voiced my opinion. Sure, I think this poor sap deserves to **** teeth for a month. I never stated that I am going make sure that he does. That is a freedom I have, and can live by.
Whatever the outcome, the youngster gets what he gets.
Kmag seems to have already taken this upon himself, and that is great.
I do not want interfere with any undertakings that will detriment his task of dealing with the issue.
And as far as comparing to a ball bearing....atleast I gave him enough credit as being "greased".

Looks like school starts Aug. 14th.

http://wchs.woodfordschools.org/

Probably that will be the best day to make another trip and have a good ol' heart to heart with Momma Rose.

I wonder why they would start two days before the weekend?
Our kiddos don't start until the 25th in these parts, and that is still early compared to when I was a young gun.....
