alright, my axle is pretty chewed up, so I'm thinking I'm going to need a new one...

you can take to hub side off your 1.6L axle and put on the 1.8L axle.

 

I sold all my 1.6 **** months ago. I'm trying to do wheel bearing and I can't get the ******* drivers side axle out of the spindle..passengers was a piece of cake.

the threaded part for the axle nut is..stripped almost...I'm not going to screw with it anymore but I may be able to put the new nut on until I can find an axle....

 

ok i have a 1.8 2 piece saxle shaft from the 94-95.5 forsale but its still in the driver side hub. let me know if you may want it. ill take 20 plus shipping
