MS3 Basic Won't Connect to Tunerstudio Anymore
MS3 Basic, ordered from BOFI Racing. 1993 with VVT swap. Details here.
Pulled the ST/Sign fuse. Installed ECU. Connected to Tunerstudio just fine, and fuel pump primed for 2 seconds. Checked out the pre-installed basemap (which was for a 1.6, not a 1.8 VVT, but that's besides the point). Adjusted a few minor settings for the 1.8 (trigger wheel, injector size, engine size), and then looked at check engine light settings. I don't think I burned any CEL settings to the ECU, but maybe I did without realizing it.
Now Tunerstudio won't connect to the MS3 at all anymore. The check engine light flashes rapidly when the key is turned to "on." The fuel pump will not turn on anymore. I still get power to the wideband (hooked up to the MS3), and the car will crank but not start. This makes me think the MS3 is still getting power. I've tried regular USB cables and the DIYautotune serial-to-USB adapter.
Can someone help? I asked BOFI for help, but still waiting on a response. They just asked if I removed the ST/Sign fuse, which of course I did.
If I need to reflash the firmware, can someone link some instructions? I can only find the procedure for DIY autotune ECUs.

BOFI asked me to check the LEDs inside the case with the key turned to "on." Here is the result:
5v is green, 12v is red.
Hopefully that is what it's supposed to look like?

So those lights mean it should be working! Setting up a time with BOFI to resolve the connection issue.
