Default My MS labs customer support experience, (MS3 Basic)

Out of the blue last week my car would not start, it would crank normally but not fire, in addition there was some clicking noise under the dash (fuel pump relay) and the Wideband kept re-setting itself constantly so i opened the MS and measured voltage on the board what i thought was pin 1b power supply to the MS and i had 12v (measured the wrong pin) at the same time the switched output voltage was only 6v so i suspected that the problem was in the MS3.
To make the long story short I emailed Reverant on Friday night and after receiving and following trouble shooting directions, photos of test points on the MS board from Reverant the problem was solved Saturday afternoon by replacing the main power relay!!!

In the past he also has been there to remotely troubleshoot several times my MS2 Enhanced and replaced it for the current unit when the problem could not be clearly identified.

I just want to thank Reverant for the excellent and prompt customer support he has provided me.
