MS2PNP settings for sequential spark with COPs
I have just installed the trackspeed COP kit on my 95miata with the MS2PNP. the kit was wired for sequential spark and I have run 2 wires back to the MS2PNP with cyl 3 being pin 16 and cyl 4 being pin 14. Cylinder 4 is not firing.
Can someone help me with the spark option settings or tell me if I need to adjust any jumpers on the board so the cyl 4 will trigger.
Thank you very much.

The unit I have is a pnp from 949 racing for a 94/95 miata. No doubt it was setup for wasted spark however it was my understanding it could be optioned for sequential spark and that is my question. What do I need to do to the unit I have either in the software panel or by hardware jumpers to run sequential spark? Or can I not do that? There have been other threads describing a similar situation on spark D but they were not the PNP units

I'm curious: did you honestly believe that if you wired it for seq. spark without telling the MS to now fire 4 spark drivers instead of 2 it was going to work?
You should have wired:
Cly 1 to Spark A - OEM (Brn/Yllw)
Cly 2 to Spark D - Pin 14
Cly 3 to Spark B - OEM (Brn)
Cly 4 to Spark C - Pin 15
Then you have to change the ignition settings from wasted spark to coil on plug of course.

I suppose you do and on jumper set 12. Then you'll need to make sure that you don't have output conflicts that are already using ALED and WLED. (im sure fan is on one of those).
The MS2 runs out of i/os fast when you do seq. fuel and spark.

Trackspeed did the harness, has nothing to do with the drivers. You need to figure out if your ECU was optioned for sequential ignition before you troubleshoot the harness.

<br />What brain said. Use output mode and see if all spark plugs are firing.
