Default MSPNP 90 - 93 broken??

I have a MSPNP 90-93 Rev. C

I get no SPARK-Fire out of it, i tested all (thrust me)

On the Mainboard of MSPNP there a 3 SMD-LED and the middle Nr. D15 dosen light.

On the CAS i read at the PINS following Voltage: 3V, 7V and 12 Volt

Is there a way to repair it for self?
Are there any Sheets out there to check every Resistor?

Please help, thank you.

With the Original ECU the Cars starts on the first turn.

Sigh. Do you have an RPM reading in Megatune when you spin it over with the MSPNP installed? Datalog trying to start it on MSPNP and post the log, as well as the msq that's actually on the MSPNP right now. Also you could list your setup.... You know, so we have a clue what you have. HINT- put that info in your signature and your location in your profile.

no i have no RPM Signal, i wrote with DiyAutotune, they say, the MSPNP wont start without reading RPM, maybe the "Fuel Pump Drive Circuit" is broken. its on the Daughterboard. I should try it in an other Miata or a other MSPNP for testing.

If the test fails, we can make an RMA.

Update:

For all 9093 MSPNP users who forgot the ST_SIG FUSE(10 Amp.), you just have to replace the Q5 Transistor on Daughterboard.

You can take: ZTX553 or BC640 Transistor (0,17 Euro Cent)

Ok, just testet mspnp9093 today again, result - no sparkfire - no RPM car wont start

Voltages on CAS-PLUG are from left to right (nose up)

Pin 1: 0,5 Volt
Pin 2: 11,7 Volt
Pin 3: 6,7 Volt
Pin 4: 3,2 Volt

See attached my MAP and LOG, maybe anyone is skilled enough to help me solve my problem.

Problem fixed, it was a Software issue, have flashed back to LO Version and BaseMap, after that Car fires up.
I wrote Joe Peres a few days back, that his MAP has Errors.. but he wont help.
Just shacking axels...

@Braineack

Thank you, but this is not the idea from the MSPNP, the Fuelpumps should not always run, if you turn the key to "Ignition", only the Transistor Q5 fix this problem.

as xitsam said:

And now you tell that:

You say if somebody forgot the fuse, the Fuelpump will not works without the jumper????
I friend happens that.

Thanks.

The Fuelpump should not always run, if the engine is not running.
This is a security reason, because the fuel would always come to the engine, also on a crash.. and thats not that what everyone wants.
Maybe it will be other when the MAS is still installed, at my configuration there is the MAS removed.

I hope everyone understand what i want to say (, my english is bad as hell)

i change my Q5 transistor and now in not needed the bridge between F/P + GND. But the Fuel pump is permanent ON.

I change it for BC640.

Can you explain this?

Thanks.

Ahhh ****. Accidentally replaced that fuse when I was changing my Fuel Pressure Regulator... Bust. This is why I love this site.. off to replace the Transistor.
