Sorry for the noob issues. I installed mspnp in my 97 and got the car running on the base map without MAF. Car idles smooth and seems to drive alright although a bit lean if the MT AFR guage is at all accurate when set for narrow band. My first concern is the high reset count. From what I've read this is most likely a ground issue. What grounds am I supposed to check? I haven't touched any grounds during the install. The other thing to check from what I've read is plug gaps. I'll do this as soon as engine cools.
thanks
thanks
Please post a data log of the resets; there may be some clues about what's wrong there.

Hope this loads. I suck at uploading things. I also swaped some guages and noticed while driving in to work today that my fuel pressure is only at 15-16psi. I'll change the fuel filter tonight, but could this also be caused by a bad ground for the fuel pump?

These "resets" aren't real resets at all - they're noise on the serial communications. Are you using a USB adapter or a direct serial connection?
You might want to adjust the USB adapter's buffer size under Device Manager. Also make sure it's not loose in the laptop's socket.
It seems to depend on the driver; you may want to drop the latency a little (not to 0) and see if it helps.
Ok, try going into this folder:
C:\Program Files\MegaSquirt\mtCommon
Open the common.ini file in there. Change the interWriteDelay line from 1 to 5 and see if that helps.
