You'll need a fuel pump for sure. And I would suspect that 10psi on your configuration would be on the ragged edge. Can try it, and always turn down the boost if things become a problem. I'd get on a dyno if you are running that much boost to confirm your A/F.

Good luck.

uhhhhh, keep the EMB and the 305s, get a fuel pump and your on your way. You could hit +15psi using the piggyback.

But FP is in order.

What is the rise on the JR AFPR, that may need to be replaced....

The oem fuel pump and 1.8 injectors won't be safe over 8psi boost

10 psi is doable with 1.8's and 190lph HP. You will need good fuel pressure and rise control to do it.

You're still closing in on the max PSI levels. You'll need close to 120psi of fuel at 8psi. Anything above 100psi in the rail is frowned upon. With my 1.8L injectors and the OEM fuel pump the max I could reach was 160rwhp @ 5-6psi. Anymore boost and the AFR was too lean. This is due to the fact that the OEM pump can only provide enough flow to around the 75-85psi range.

A 190HP can provide adaquite flow up to the 110-120psi range. So you should be able to push the envelope with 1.8 injectors, at the cost of high fuel pressure.

One easy way to eliminate this is the use of even slightly larger injectors. Since at lower PSI levels they can flow more fuel. I'm utilizing 305cc injectors and running them at 100psi of fuel. This allows me to reach upwards to the 9-10-11-12psi range without the use of a controller. Since 305cc injectors at 100psi of fuel can supply enough flow for about 220rwhp.

The use of a fuel controller such as the Emanage can allow you to change your maps, pulses, etc. So you can run to the 12-15psi on 1.8 injectors.
