One of the videos that Pedexing has on youtube shows you what exactly to enter in the MS3 injector settings for dead times and things such as that.

These bolts will strip if cranked on. Best to loosely fit manifold, then pull it to clock turbo. Easier to get to bolts. When installing down pipe, push it as far towards the transmission as you can. This will prevent it from hitting the body. These are things I found on my NB2, your car may be different.
This reminds me, when you have your turbo clocked the way you want it use some threadlocker on the bolts that hold the turbo sections together. Mine backed out and led to oil loss / huge mess and turbo bearing failure.

wow that sucks. I will for sure put some loctite on the bolts. Thanks for the tip.

fitted the manifold to turbo and put the wastegate on. Had to grind part of.the bracket to make it fit. How tight are you supposed to have the wastegate arm? I think I have the turbo clocked pretty close to how it should be.

Any tips or tricks for the oil feed tee? Or is it pretty straight forward?

You have the turbo backwards.

The oil feed should be vertical when installed. Don’t over tighten the bolts or you will crush the gasket.

I preloaded the wastegate arm about a half of the hole diameter.

what do you mean? I thought for the ic piping to fit the turbo outlet needs to point straight up.

I think I see what you're saying. The outlet needs to be on the other side.of the wastegate right?

The compressor should be on the left (forward in the car) when looking at the manifold as it sits on your bench. Rotate it 180 degrees on the 4 bolt pattern.

If you go try to put the manifold and turbo in the engine bay. You will find that the v-band outlet is pointed towards the radiator and inlet of the turbo is pointed towards the rear of the car with how you have it mounted. It does looked clocked correctly.

I'm a little slow but I'm tracking now! Lol for some reason I thought the manifold bolts on to the head the direction I have it set up, but its the opposite way.

That’s probably as close as you can get on the bench. I had to get final fitment on the engine, mark the clocking and then go back to the bench with just the turbo to tighten the bolts. My compressor outlet is just about vertical. That required bending the wastegate actuator bracket. That bracket is super stout so get out your big hammer and vice for that!

I've seen pictures of other MK installs with other clocking but that was not going to work for the tubes I got with the kit. If you Google MK turbo Miata installation you will see a few.

Putting mine on a '95 with AC and Power steering removed. Does the compressor outlet go straight down?

nope. It goes almost straight up. There will be a coupler that goes on it and turns it pointing down. This is done to.allow the ic piping to fit in front of the ac and ps.

All the IC pipes are the same with or without Ic pipes You may be able to clock the turbo down and use the included pipes to make it work, but I have not tried.

Did the scary drilling and tapping of the oil pan today. Very nice of Lars to include a cap with the kit. I had already removed my AC and I moved the lower power steering line out of the way so I could hold the drill straighter. As you can see in the video, I'm a little concerned about the fitting being angled down slightly. When I was tapping the hole it looked straight, but as I got up I noticed it seems to be slightly angled downward.

Looking good! I just completed my MKturbo install on my 1.6 and have got to the tuning stage (i.e. pulling it into the drive way and playing with idle, cold starts and warm starts).

One issue i had with doing the scary drill hole in pan task, was not going low enough on the pan that when i put the AC bracket back on the block it interfered with the outlet. Nothing a grinder couldn't help resolve but still a pain to deal with.

Got the exhaust off today. What a PITA! Almost every bolt either rounded off or snapped off. Thank God for impact guns. Next step is to remove the transmission, then bolt.turbo on and do oil feed line. Then install new clutch and the rest of the exhaust
