Default Help! No Boost.

Okay, three days ago my car got stolen and the cops found it this morning. My turbo kit was taken apart but was found in the trunk. I believe everything is there. After putting everything back on today, I have zero boost. GT2860rs . Can anyone tell me what I can do to find out the problem? This really sucks!

3 things to check first.

Is the wategate actuator connected to the wastegate?
Double-Triple-Quadruple check all connectors.
Check that all of your vaccum lines are plugged into their items.

wastegate actuator is connected to waste gate. I checked vaccume several times. I don't have any vaccume leak. what connectors should i check? I check the IC piping. it seems to be Connected. I tighten it pretty well...just can't figure it out anymore.

Other than "no boost", does the car drive OK? If the engine feels fine, and the wategate actuator is connected... then you have a boost leak.

Even with the wastegate arm off, if there are no boost leaks, any GT25 should be able to make 2-3psi at WOT above 4krpm.

Is your boost gauge hooked up?
Check the vaccum line to your ECU and what ECU are you running?
Disconnect and re-connect all your IC piping to be sure.
When you're doing that, check the silicone couplers for tears/rips.
Is your BOV fully closing?

My strong feeling is you have a boost leak.

If you do this properly with an intake/IC leak tester, you'll kill all these birds with one stone. Checking crap by hand and just going through and tightening everything isn't the easy way to do think. Buy an intake tester from siliconeintakes.com or build one and hook it up to your intake in place of the filter and pump 10 psi through the system with your compressor. That's the proper way to test for leaks in the intercooler piping etc.
