Garret manifold flange compatability

so i need a new turbo manifold for my 1.6L. I plan on getting a T3 or T28 off a volvo. Are the flanges of T3 and T28 the same.

No the T28 uses a T2 flange, T3 is diff.
Pretty sure that mani is for a DSM turbo.

that manifold is for mitsubishi turbos.so it woulnt fit a t3 or t28.
