How many psi can I run with this setup? (SAFELY)

Fuel:

Tan top injectors
Stock (greddy kit's) Vortech FPR

Turbo:

Stock (greddy kit's) TD04 Turbo

Cooling:

Dual Core Radiator
Front Mount Intercooler

Timing:

Bipes ACU

Head:

HKS 2.0 mm Headgasket (8.72 comp. ratio)
ARP Headstuds

Lots of other upgrades, but that's all the stuff that actually matters I believe. Someone please tell me what is a SAFE amount of boost to be running with this setup. Thanks!
