It is normal for the injectors to shut off (WB gauge shows 20.2 or 22.9 on it) when you let off the throttle or are going down a hill and there is not enough load on the engine. If it does it while the throttle is depressed (and not going downhill), then the tune is way off and needs some work. It can be tuned out though. When you take it to they dyno are they going to do power tuning only or street tuning also? It sounds like your fuel trims are way off.

The BEGI NC S3 Turbo System looks very tempting. Anyone have any experience with it? I may be able to purchase and install it later this year if I can swing it.
