You really don't want to go much past 400rwhp on the 6speed. At 475 Mikes was making some fairly obnoxious noises and getting pretty angry!

That is insane, I didn't think the outsourced 6-speeds could hold so much power. What about the Mazdaspeeds, do they have the same transmission as...say the 10th Anniversary Miata?

I believe the mazdaspeed has a 6 speed with shot peened gears and the regular 6 speed does not.
