Default Simple question about BEGi-S4 installation

Question is pretty basic. I'm mostly done with the disassembly part of the turbo installation with just a little bit to go, but I can't envision the coolant reroute very well and I could use a tip from anyone familiar with the process at this point.

Regarding this quote from page 6 of the installation guide: http://www.bellengineering.net/templ...ns_Series4.pdf The test says to pull off the cast aluminum neck. Do I pull it off from the rubber part, or pull it off from where it is anchored on the engine? Does it go back there later?

Removing the Water By-pass:
The water by-pass tube (located beneath the exhaust manifold, and anchored to one of the manifold/head studs) must
be removed. Remove the power steering pump and it’s mount. Pull off the cast aluminum ‘neck’ that originally held
onto the lower radiator hose. Refer to picture # 10 . The PWS pump will re-install later with a new water by-pass
tube.
You can look at picture 10 on the pdf to see what I'm talking about.

Youre removing it from the engine. And using the one supplied by begi
its bolted to the water pump with 2 bolts

Great, thanks! I was done at that point today and wasn't sure.

Measure twice and cut once and all that.
