I had to do a little trimming as well. I called Corky during install to verify how it was done. He told me that the sensors are different a lot of the time and even in the same year. Either way it was simple enough and it doens't touch or rub anything. fits perfect. Try to ignore my overspray. Budget paint shop... need i say more? I had to get some kind of paint job... when i bought it, it was TERRIBLE. anyway here is proof that it fits like the picture lol. and then just mount it right on top of your suspenssion bolt. I just stacked it.

No it doesn't but a question for you. When you install one end of the rubber elbow on the turbo does the other end need to be angled toward the engine? That would be the only way I can think the cast elbow would then fit like your picture due its odd angle. Unfortunately I can’t try it because I’ve already cut mine down. I went by the instruction manual and pics but it didn't mention the orientation of the rubber elbow in fact the pic of the elbow coming off the compressor inlet shows it being vertical with no angle. Thanks for your help.

Very nice install don't worry mine needs a bath in the worst way.
So help me out here I asked stephanie this same question. The rubber elbow that goes onto the turbo inlet did you have to angle the other end toward the engine to get the cast elbow to fit the way out have it. That might have were I went wrong and if so I just need to get another rubber elbow.

yeah the one that comes off the turbo is slightly rotated left and then i cut the one that connects to the amf so that it's slightly shorter and then it makes the amf/filter point downward then that plate should be close enough to bend onto that coilover/shock or whatever you want to call it.

Thanks for taking the time to post a pic I guess its my fault I didn't angle the rubber elbow inboard. Even though I've cut mine I still may have enough to install it the way you have yours. Finished installing the Bipes last night hope to get the boost gauge in tonight and if I can find gas hopefully this week fire it up.
