What to heat wrap?
Just had my base greddy kit installed. Guy recommended I use heat wrap throughout the engine to protect wires/pipes/etc.
Can anyone ID what I should wrap? I don't have a lot of experience in the engine bay....so any pictures would be great.
Lastly, should I get a heat shield as well? Where can I pick one up? (not a fabricator, as others have done).
Thanks in advance....

I'm pretty sure it got added to the FAQ here... or the DYI one. <G>
Heater core hoses are a must, as is the brake master.... You should probably to the clutch master too. I've seen a melted master from the turbo heat too.
You might want to consider putting something on the bottom of the hood too, since the greddy manifold makes it sit pretty high. If not, do a heat sheild of somekind, to protect the paint.

I was going to pickup this russel heat wrap, but the guy at the counter said it was fiberglass and you needed sealer on it. I'm not sure thats the way I want to go. What is the most popular thing to use to wrap the hoses in?
I already have the FM Bowser heat sheild, is this enough protection for everything else? I want to relocate the AFM and protect it, but I'm not that far yet.
EDIT: Also, should I wrap the coldside pipe after the intercooler? I'm not sure if this would even help, I've seen it done before and was just wondering.

Get one of these https://www.miataturbo.net/forums/showthread.php?t=5990
and wrap the heater hoses and you will be good. The blanket fits on all internal wastegate turbos. You just put a slit in the blanket for the actuator rod.
