Hey with all that effort why not stick a larger and/or better intercooler in there? I mean you might as well while you got the bumper off . I am sure you can sell the starion for what you got it for. I used the fairly ghetto jimb pipes, took me like 4 or so hours to get in. :gay:

umm look at the 4th pic on the 3rd post if you look at the hood you can see the hack job i did to get the 90° bends to fit under the front of the hood there are some fitement issues with the 180° bend coing straight off of the turbo but i think i'll be able to make it fit if i move the air intake to a diff location(right now i have to sit on my hood to make it close :gay: , unfortunately right now i need to get an exhaust leak fixed and then ill be good to start tooning w/ my emanage

why dont you put the 90* off the compressor housing and run the pipe straight the whole way?

hehe. yeah i noticed, i was just wondering if you still had issues closing even though the hack job is done. i ask because im just trying to find a way to make them fit without modifying the hood at all (well if the stock latch isnt functional, only mod to hood would be some pins.) but looks good man, pics got me all pumped up for my setup. all i need is money :( i hate being 17

doesnt quite meet up, and wouldnt that cause the air to be much more turbulent right at the exit of the turbine which would be bad (correct me if im wrong and i'll make it work), btw went to napa and ordered some great gasket material that cost me about $10 and made some gaskets that are working out great for my shoddy:gay: i mean greddy turbo "kit" , now i think ill toon it and see how long my shorty nose 1.6l will hold out till oops 1.8l time uhhhhhhh and bigger turbine time this is the gasket material i used cool stuffhttp://www.dana.com/Automotive_Syste...me_gasket.aspx

i used 2.5" piping and oh btw the material i used for gaskets on the turbo burnt off in about 20mins but it worked well until it burnt off. I ordered the 300zx turbo gasket and it works great
