For anyone wondering, the default TS settings make lots of noise, but I noticed virtually no difference in the MAP. Stayed deep in vacuum on decel.

Well yeah or it wouldnt decelerate. Theres a throttle plate in the way of all the boost being made in the charge pipes. I bet if you had a boost gauge in the charge piping you would see boost in there on decel.
