Default MSM A/C fan not spinning

Car is an '05 MSM with an aluminum Koyo and stock MSM fans.

I was at an autocross yesterday and noticed my coolant temps climbing to 230+ just sitting and idling with the AC on. I let it cool for a bit and then realized that only the driver's side fan was spinning. IIRC if the AC is turned on the pass side fan should also be spinning... If I flick the pass fan with a screwdriver it will start spinning, but BARELY, and struggles to maintain its barely spinning status. It spins slow enough that I could easily stop it with my fingers if I wanted to. Driver's side fan seems to kick on when temp reaches 205.

I checked the wiring connections, unplugged and plugged back in and it made no different in fan performance, still no spin or very sluggish.

Any tips to diagnose this? Should I start looking for a replacement MSM fan setup?

Fans have been replaced with FM Stage 1 Spal setup, and holy ****, I should've done this years ago. Also flushed the system and swapped the 195 thermostat for a 180, refilled with distilled water and Redline Water Wetter. Sitting in the sun with the AC on full blast the car now idles at 175-180.

Here is one of my cats doing what he does best.
