My guess is it was because he was not classified by the regional director in all honesty.

He had an obnoxiously large hood scoop on it but was having problems so no idea what the hp really could have been if he had it running correctly.

What is really funny is my friend in his NA Miata had just been promoted to Time Trials and didn't want to deal with the form his first weekend in TT and got put in TTR with his 90 NA with several suspension and chassis mods and got better lap times than that turbo miata the year before at the same track!!! (hell, he even set the track record - only because no one in a radical or something like that has shown up YET for that track though )
