Just bought the new Counter Strike not too long ago. Any CS:GO players here? I've always been a 1.6 guy and hated Source, but I can honestly say I like this new one. Add me if you want to play some competitive!

ok, off topic. How can you hate source? It was the same thing.

 

Its all in what your use to. I played CS for years and was very competitive, but quit playing when source came out because something just didn't feel right. I took a couple years off and when i started playing source again a couple of months ago, I couldn't pick out any of the reasons I use to hate it.

 

I dont like FPSs anymore.

 

In a world full of, "Medal of Duty, counter spec tactical ops" do games like borderlands 2 or dishonored qualify as FPS's? Because I don't see how you could dislike those.

 

considering they are FPSs, yes. Although dishonored looks intersting.

It's all the damn same. be it hitman, or black ops, CS, or MOH; boring.

 

hitman and borderlands have NOTHING in common with the rest of the wanna-be spec ops tactical games you listed. Hitman isn't even 1st person perspective. And dishonered won awards for an action/adventure game and wasn't even nominated as a shooter. I don't think it's really a shooter even though it is first person.

Luckily for you, ignorance is fixable.

 

I still play 1.6 almost every day :O
