Oochi's 1.6 Turbo Part List
It's about time that I finish up my turbo parts list and get some input from you guys. I have a stock 90 currently running on MS3X. It is not my daily, just a project. I would like to get around 200-250whp max.
So far I have purchased:
Fuel Pump: Walbro 190
Injectors: RX7 460cc
Engine Management: MS3X
Wells TPS
AFR Gauge: AEM Eugo
Full aluminum radiator
I also have a stock starion/conquest intercooler because I plan on doing an over-the-rad intercooler setup and getting new 2.5'' end tanks welded into it. But I'm not sure if that will be more expensive than just buying a new intercooler in itself.
To buy list:
Tacotaco T3 mani and will do relief cuts.
Possibly this churbo (can't decide): GSP T3
Intake: 2.5 inch
Inlet: 2.25 inch
Compressor trim: .42ar
Compressor Wheel diameter: 43.20 / 60.41
Turbine Wheel diameter: 45.74 / 62.86
Exhaust Trim: .48ar
Turbine flange type: t3 flange
Down pipe flange type :2.50" v band
Downpipe (custom?)
Oil catch can
Boost controller: If I should use DIY autotune's electronic controller or not.
Clutch: which I will be getting from KY clutch
Oil lines, and other various junk
I plan on upgrading to a torsen or just a welded 1.8 when this one blows.
Please let me know if there is something I've missed or should reconsider.

just tell them you want the turbo but only willing to spend 125 and you think their price is steep. they'll send you a counter offer.

I just about to throw this all together. Would I need an oil restrictor for this turbo?
Should I use -4an feed line or -3an?
And brain, could I get your .msq since we basically have the same set up?
