I have Miata na 1840cc turbo 370 whp
now I do some change up to 450 whp
my engine
wiseco pistons
carrillo rods h beam
head
ferrea valves,retiners and dual valves springs(70lbs 35 mm)
now I replace the oem camshaft (kelford 272/272 10mm )
who much rpm capable with hydraulic lifters?

You're gonna need a billet oil pump for either 8500rpm or 450whp, for both you definitely want one.
I can't help you on cam selection, but for 450whp I wouldn't think they are a big deal, Soviet hit that on stock cams.

My gol is power stable to 7800 and after the power down until 8300rpm
Not sure about that toda one, this is what most of the people here use: Mazda\Ford\Mercury Oil Pumps
I'm not sure I'd risk an engine costing several thousand dollars to save a few dollars on the oil pump.

The motor will take the pressure those pumps put out, many people use there pumps.
Miataroadster.com sells billet pump gears as well.
Use super tech shim under bucket, and super tech lash caps. Make sure to have your spring pressures tested to match kelfords specs
