Default GTX2860 @ 20psi Dyno

I just got back from a dyno day at a local shop. Pulls were done a Mustang Dyno that's pretty notorious for hurting feelings. I held the "lowest HP" award for a few hours before a 2012 Camaro SS took my crown with a 312whp pull. For what it's worth the printout shows an estimated Dynojet number of 368whp, which made me feel a little better.

329whp, 281wtq @ 245kpa
300whp, 250wtq @ 210kpa

Really good. You should switch to using a GTX2860!

2000SE
Stock Motor with Eagle rods
Stock drivetrain 6sp/3.90
BEGI cast manifold
Gutted intake manifold
2.5" intake piping & Fab9 350hp intercooler
Artech downpipe
MKturbo exhaust
Toyota COPs
ID1000 injectors, return fuel system, DW300 pump on E85

I made a couple shakedown pulls this morning before the dyno that show spool. 16psi at 4000rpms, 20psi at 4300rpms, now that I look at it that seems a bit weak, but I dunno. These are the same pulls on virtual dyno's dynojet and mustang dyno settings.

EBC, but I ended up with the max duty cycle set to like 30% in order to get it working consistently so I'm sure that's giving up some spool.

Very respectable. We still need to meet at the drag strip sometime.

OOOO I have a GTX2860 gen 2 I'm about to put on my built motor. This makes my man parts tingle. I was hoping to run about 20-25psi to hit my goals, and this confirms it's possible.

Nice result - and pretty timely for me as I'm about to get mine mapped with a similar setup (but with VVT and a tubular manifold) and am hoping for similar ballpark numbers...

What kind of duty cycles are you seeing at full chat? I've only got 620's but we don't have E85 in these parts, not sure if they are going to be a limiting factor or not...

I really think 400whp is possible with a proper setup BP + GTX2860 + E85. There's definitely a lot of opportunity to make my setup more efficient if I really wanted to.

My log showed duty cycles peaking at 75.1%. That's with a pressure referenced return fuel system and I think it's at 75psi base pressure.

I'll probably run out of fuel before my goal. I only plan on making 400+ on the dyno to prove the setup can make it and then turn it down to 350 max. But with pump gas I dont think ill make it there. I have a ported head, back cut and tapered valves, 84mm ST pistons, etc. I should know in about a month.

Looks very nice sir!
Must be tons of fun and a bit scary too, I am personally loving the E85, even smells nice.

It really is awesome to see a real dyno and a virtual dyno done on the same day.

Great results! Props for all the data.

Are you running .64 or .86 hotside?

Check this image out to compare the HP. Ignore the dotted line (torque from virtual dyno). You can get a decent idea of how things line up.

Can you share some info about the Virtual Dyno settings? It looks like you adjusted the settings to force the max hp to be the same.

Pdexta, do you by chance have any log files from those dyno pulls? I am curious as to what your KPA was and at what RPM.

Sick stuff man. I just got mine going with the 2860, and have a very similar motor build as well. I'd love to tickle 300whp after I switch to e85 and let it eat.
