That's not bad.

The MP62 looks to be tapped out since you didn't gain that much trap speed despite nearly doubling the pressure.

Good '60 too.

If he did not have belt slip I bet Pdexta would have nailed the ET and trap speed almost exactly.

lol

Better carry a couple spare belts and a can of the "anti-slip" spray with you at all times.

I can't hate too much though. I kinda enjoyed the last MP62 setup I drove.

The moss kit uses a 4 rib still which is useless on a m62. The setup I made uses a 6 rib and at 14 psi with a barely tight belt no slip ever.

Dang, too late to the party but reading through this thread I was totally thinking 13.9ish

So my guess was going to be 13.9 BUT by "The Price is Right" rules I still lose...or did I win. Going over in price is the same as going under in 1/4 mile time estimate? I mean I WIN

Considering you lose if you go faster than your index time in bracket racing, I would think if you choose too a fast time, you lose.

If that was the case, I would actually be the winner. If you go by Speed Channel's Pass Time rules, pdexta is the winner. At least I was closest on the MPH.

That is the thing about guessing times. The art is factoring in what is most likely to happen including conditions, and what is likely to go wrong.

Funny thing about tracks of any kind, problems have a way of floating to the top.

Just think, if you really work hard to optimize your car and struggle to drop .5 seconds you will be only as fast as Troy's naturally aspirated car above.

laguna that is what I was planning on doing with the overlay pulley. I figured to cut a ring of .25 aluminum then weld it to the s/c pulley and have it machined for two more ribs also.
