The Ultimate Chassis Brace
Just finished the rear section, snapped these pics with my phone on the way out of the shop last night, technically 6am this morning.. Hurray for all nighters!
Now onto the front half.
Don't mind the mess, we have most of our stuff stacked up in piles getting ready to move.

What kind of welds are those? Cold Heat soldering iron? :P I like the metal, but I hope those welds are better than they look.
Nice main hoop, looks like you should have some decent strangth if you add the A-Pillar bars or even WRC style firewall pass-through to shock mounts.

I'll be adding all of the bars - this is just what I have together so far, its about 25 hours in the making. We contemplated doing a firewall pass-through, but decided its a bit over kill for what the car is going to be. The next car will have it for sure, but not this one.

Just my Hard Dog door bars REALLY stiffened up the chassis, much more than the hard top. The door bars make getting in and out of the car a little trickier but it is worth it IMO even for a DD.
When you weld up that cage to the front of the car it will make it hella stiff like a *insert woodrow joke here*
