What Slider posted is probably the "Lanny" equivalent alignment to start with. Emilio has his jumping off point posted on his website, iirc -2.0F and -1.8R

I went with a little bit of toe out in the front for better turn in slaloms. I unhooked the rear bar, felt pretty good, the rear maybe a little loose but I am running 8k/6k springs, hopefully I get one more autox in this month to test it further. A bigger front bar might be on order.
