OEM thermostat is also hotter than 180 degrees Fahrenheit.
Although I don't think it will fix the issue I lowered on points to 190 and 195 respectively because why not.

AC condenser is clean and fins are straight car is low miles and I meticulously clean it.

The weather has cooled down a lot now so I'm not sure if i will be able to get a log of the car getting hot sitting in traffic but ill try to replicate it.

Data point: Driving today with AC suburban type driving just a few stop lights and stop signs. Coolant temp was pretty stable at 200.

I popped the hood and confirmed at 200 with the AC on both fans are indeed spinning the proper way and working. To me this seems like the radiator and fans just arent able to shed the heat enough and in hotter weather or more sitting in place coolant temps will continue to rise.

Mind removing the fan shrouds and just running the fans attached to the radiator? I am wondering if those are blocking just a bit to much air flow.

I wouldn't be opposed to it. There are some hard to seal gaps between the shroud and radiator too near the inlet and outlet so I'm sure that takes a hit as they just suck air through those holes and not the core.

Not seeing much as to how other people mount direct to the radiator. Do people prefer mounts like this https://www.holley.com/products/cool...parts/30130013 or to make/buy something else?

Edit- If I do pull the rad I will also be doing the reroute at the same time since I'll have already lost all my coolant. Kind of tough choice between FM and Supermiata. FM has the benefit of bypassing flow to the turbo which is nice but then I loose my coolant hardlines and have to run silicone.

Contact FM about that, I think they said they are making a hard line kit for their new reroute.
