Wow... just wow. Sometimes people just need a reality check. Come out of your 350whp 5 speed reliability world and live in the real one for a while. Just because a few people have driven on that kind of power for a set number of miles doesnt mean that all 5 speed transmissions are good for that number. It just means you/they are lucky and havent broken one YET. How that makes it a fact that the 5 speeds are good for 350whp I dont know. Trying to argue against the fact that MANY people have broken at 250whp or less is ******* retarded. Im sorry, but your a dumbass. This is why I was never part of a debate team, because some people like to try and debate completely stupid **** that shouldnt be a debate in the first place. "is gravity real? go"

It's funny how most of what you say can be used on yourself.

You have fun with your 6-spd. It's on my list for mods, but right after the GT3071R, when I get to cross the limit for the 5-spd. For the lowly sub-300, it should work just fine.

The only idiotic thing about anything I've said was being baited into wasting a perfectly good evening arguing with someone who has the mentality and sensibilities of an 8 year old who's pissed that this mommy won't let him finish his television show. I won't continue that mistake. Have fun.

Just because a few people have broken on that kind of power for a set number of miles doesnt mean that all 5 speed transmissions are not good for that number. It just means you/they are unlucky and have broken one ALREADY. How that makes it a fact that the 5 speeds aren't good for 250whp I dont know. Is it unfair to use your statements to support my argument? I only changed a few words (obviously).

Your analogy isn't even close. The closest I could come up with off the top of my head was:

"Does God exist? Go"

Argument 1: The Bible proves he exists

Argument 2 (counter-argument): Science proves he doesn't exist.

Is it possible God exists? Sure, why not. Is it 100% that he exists? Absolutely not.

Is it possible God doesn't exist? Yes. Is it 100% that he doesn't exist? No, but the odds aren't looking good.

You keep proving that God exists, I'll stick with the fact that he might exist, but it's unlikely.

Sometimes you have to stoop to someone's level to make things where they can understand it. I'm sorry your level is 8yrs old, and I had to stoop that low.

I'm always having fun. I'm sorry you can't have fun just cause you are showing poorly in this discussion.

Jesus. No one is saying you or people you know didnt run a 5 speed with that kind of power, but it seems like you are trying to say that its unreasonable to say that many people have broken them at far less power, and that they arent reliable. I cant understand how anyone could argue with facts. A parts isnt reliable when nearly 50% of people have had failures. Your making it seems like its bullshit and everyone can raun big power with no problem.
