Default lets talk springs...

Which springs are best-Swift, Hypercoil, Eibach, QA1. I've seen a video which seems to validate some of Swift's claims.

I have Swift and Hyperco on my current set-up. The Swift are noticeably ligheter when compared for like Hyperco's while I was at AST. Swift are usually cheaper so I'd probably buy those.

I keep hearing the same about swift and hyperco: that compared to the equivalent in a QA1, the coils are thinner and lighter. This means they are less likely to bind all things being equal.

that seconds video shows you how important droop travel is.

Also have Swifts, but mostly because the fellow from Farnorthracing.com recommended them and Hyperco's as some of the very few springs that actually meet published specs. Hyperco's weren't available in the size and rate I needed at the time, so Swift it was.

I'm not sure that it's critical for fairly smooth tracks or roads but for dirt track racing Swift seems to have a noticable advantage.
