Just got a set of 15x10 6ULs installed on my car with 245 Maxxis tires this past weekend. Looks great and drives great!

MOAR PICS PLEASE. God that looks good.

ViRtUaLheretic 04-25-2017 09:33 AM

Sorry I dont have many more pix at this time.

I have a couple that show some of the work that I did to get the wheels and tires to fit:

Here is a pic of a test fit before I rolled and pulled the driver's side rear fender:

Details on flairs? Did you try mounting the tire and wheels without them?

spencer9474 05-26-2017 03:10 PM

I've had the flares on for a while now and didn't test fit without them, I know there's other people on the forum that have them mounted under stock fenders, but I think they require a heavy roll. What did you want to know about the flares?

What MM are they? Would you recommend more or less if doing it again ?

spencer9474 05-26-2017 05:15 PM

I think they're 30mm. After having autokonexion flares I would definitely recommend these, they fit the car much better

Just when I thought I was done buying tires this year.... Thanks for the heads up!

Scaxx 06-09-2017 04:50 PM

Damn, that's a super good deal

concealer404 06-09-2017 05:00 PM

Is it acceptable practice to buy 205/50-15 VR1s and then use them as an excuse to lock in buying an NB2 for wife DD?

"Well, we already have tires..."

turbofan 06-09-2017 05:03 PM

Totally would have bought these last week instead of the new Contis if they'd been this cheap :vash:

stefanst 06-09-2017 09:03 PM

Just placed my order!

Supe 06-14-2017 01:18 PM

Thanks for posting the coupon!

Makes me wish I needed tires. Assuming I store them correctly how long should they be good for unmounted? Probably going to want new tires next spring given the amount of miles I plan on putting on my Star Specs the remainder of this summer.

concealer404 06-15-2017 11:54 AM

That would be fine. Put them in a closet in your basement.
