This is very, very true. Not saying it's necessarily a bad thing, but it's very true.

The thing I don't seem to understand is why everyone makes a big deal over knockoff wheels here. I have one set of wheels for the track... light and purpose built and I could care less what I drive on on the street as long as it looks good. When I get flared I'm going to buy some Rota Shakotan in 15x9 +0 because I like them. Sure they cost the same as some 15x8 6UL, but who cares? Sure they are heavier.. but I'm not racing anyone on the street.

People give two ***** if they are knock off for the most part. As long as they are functional. Do you know how cheap people on this forum are??? The only time function is not top priority here is when cheapness comes into play, and that is usually only on non mission essential parts.

Also just a pro tip, most people here wouldn't care if someone bought the wheels posted here. But the fact that they owned a whole thread, and were then poorly defended when disliked is why the **** storm started.

I'm defiantly moving into the "performance over all" crowd. ****, some guy said he would paint my car for 400~ and my first thought was..."hell no! That is a good chunk of a EFR "

Bah stop being a snob.

I bet 80% of the miatas out there are never revved over 4000RPM. There's nothing wrong with that. The non-performance-related-appeal is a good part of why there are shitloads of miatas out there.

Which is obviously great for the performance people.

Its pathetic, but like Fae said there is quite a big benefit in it for us.
You can find a super low mileage, completely unmolested, tip top condition miata pretty easily most places, whereas other cars like 240's and hondas you'd have to search for months to find a clean one.

That said this thread is gayer than a barrel of dicks and Rushin should just stop denying his ricer self and come out on cr.net already

eyebrows cover up gashes at the top of the headlights and prevent water from leaking in. So they actually serve a purpose.
Nice try.

Why don't you focus on making more power than overpaying for shitty *** rims?
Did you even break 200whp yet?

Yeah? And slammed with rolled fenders is for some "functional" reason too? How about you keep your **** to yourself and run your mouth somewhere else.

Are you retarded?
How is my car slammed? It still has the OEM fenderliners and even on the biggest bumps/dips the wheels/tires come nowhere near rubbing. Only the rears are rolled and that's because of my previous sportmaxx that I got rid of. With current ride height/wheels they don't even need to be rolled.

You're a ******* ricer, and should just go buy a vw already or slap FATLACE stickers on your **** so you can be low and slow like the rest of the clubretard crowd.

You try to play both sides and are trying to slowly harbor in the hellagay movement onto the one site that is still nearly pure of that kinda fagotry. I will not let you do that. So **** you. You make shitty threads, I will make shitty posts in them.
