Default CAS O-ring, I know you have a million of them

I know this sounds crazy, but I have tried everywhere around me and nobody carries the correct 1.5" x 1.75" x 1/8" size.

If anybody has a few laying around they can send me, I can pay you $1 per and pay for shipping and paypal charge.

Since I'm sure I have 1 at work... Just go to a local parts store and buy one.

I've gone to Autozone, O'Riely's, and Pep Boys, seriously nothing. I am going to try NAPA tomorrow, suggested by a friend.

They're not going to have all the o-rings from all the vehicles and all the brands with all their part numbers, no.

They'll have a giant box with different sized o-rings, you'll have to go in knowing the inner and outer diameter.

If I had to deal with a CAS, I'd probably get one of these: MiataRoadster Viton Quattro seals - MiataRoadster - High-performance customer service...and parts for Roadsters

...and then never worry about it again.

Step 1: Take CAS to NAPA.
Step 2: Tell dude behind counter you "need an o-ring to fit this groove"
Step 3: Wait 5 minutes
Step 4: Part with 49 cents
Step 5: Go home, lube up O-Ring, install CAS, start car, have gay sex.

Followed exactly, worked perfectly. Very happy ending.

Go to and ACE hardware store. Take either the measurements or the old one. Cost about a .83 a piece. Buy 2. Then next time, you have one already.
