I've already done research into it that's also why.I had another thread that asked this question I need the.manifold for the flange so I can cut.it and add.it to a 1.6l manifold. Please don't comment useless crap on my post I know what I'm looking for and why.

good gawd you are stupid

You're going to buy a shitty cast iron manifold, hack the flange off and then pay some one to **** weld the cast iron flange to a steel manifold just so you can over pay for the extremely shitty MSM turbo? Is that what you're trying to tell us? How have you not drowned in the rain yet?

Find a local pipe supply company and buy 2 (import) 1.5" 90 degree weld bends for $3.99 each and 2 (import) 1.5" T's for $8.99 each.
Take 1.6 head flange and weld it all together, cut hole, weld flange for turbo.
Install on car
...
Profit.

Spend the remainder that you would've wasted on a shitty manifold and shitty turbo to buy a T25/28 Chinacharger.

It's not a matter of simply chaning flanges. What you're doing is trying to stick a 4x100 wheel on a 4x114.3 hub.

Oh wait, I forgot your plans of clarefully measuing out the center to center distance between each port on the 1.6 and the 1.8 and hacking the MSM manifold and removing a section between each runner and then welding it all back together. Yeah, go for it. All of that cutting and welding will make it nice and strong.
