All manual NAs used the same plate B61P-10-901A
All manual NBs used the same revision of the NA plate* B61P-10-901B

B61P-10-901B supersedes and replaces the -A revision. $33 new at your local dealer.
If memory serves, both are identical except -B will allow you to bolt up a starter for either 5 or 6 speed. If you have an incompatibility, it's possible that you have an auto plate and need a manual plate.

*except MSM: BP8J-10-901 I am unsure of the difference, but the MSM piece is $10 less. Probably will direct swap and save some money.

<edit> but of course you were talking about the bracket on the right, not the one on the left weren't you

That thing is such a son of a bitch, makes it impossible to get to the oil pressure sender.
